Brake Solutions Inc

We've been loyal customers to Brake Solutions for years. Their team is incredibly professional and always do an outstanding job. We only trust them!

I really thought they would have good customer service with a 4.7 star reviewing. They are signed up for a specific fleet service company we used which is why we took our vehicle to this shop. When we arrived, they claim they have never heard of this fleet company before. So that was the first disappointment. After diagnosing the vehicle, we asked to receive pictures of the brake fluid leak on the rear and Austin said he does not want to work on our vehicle anymore after this simple request. We had to pick it up and find another shop. Very disappointing since we have multiple vehicles that will be needing service in the future. You guys just lost a lot of business.

Amazing service!! I'm from out of town and a out to depart on a big adventure. Thought it may be time for new front brakes ( last summer a mechanic told me I was not quite ready.) Well, they came back that I still had 20% left on brakes, however the power steering liquid was very bad. I then remembered how tired my arms were driving this converted Cargo van. Thank you! Great follow-up and service

Truck dropped a part right in front of me and I didn't have time to react since it was in the blindspot of the hill. Called and spoke to Patrick. Very polite and professional guy both over the phone and in person. He put my car on a stand and showed me the damaged plate/exhaust area so I could have my own eyes to see what happened. He took off the protective plate that took 90% of the impact and he didn't want to charge me anything. I expected at least a shop fee for his time, but he politely declined. I can't recommend them enough and I will be taking both my and my wife's cars here from now on. Patrick, if you're reading this, thank you.

Austin and the team at Brake Solutions were great. They quickly assessed the issue my daughter was having with her car, they recommended a repair and had her brakes working great when we picked the car up a couple of hours later. The service was reasonably priced too. I am very happy that we chose Brake Solutions. We will be repeat customers for sure!!
